Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Return Request

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or consumed food items are not eligible for return unless damaged.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
